  • The Manager – REO (Real Estate Owned) is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the management and disposition of REO properties.
  • This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
  • The manager leads a team, drives performance, and implements process improvements to support the successful resolution of real estate assets.
  • Key Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day REO operations, ensuring policies and procedures are current, monitoring performance metrics, leading and managing teams, identifying process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining confidentiality, overseeing vendor and employee performance, managing timesheets and PTO, developing reporting standards, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent with 4–10 years of relevant experience, proven experience in REO or mortgage servicing, management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, leadership ability, and a detail-oriented, team-oriented mindset.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent preferred; or a combination of 4–10 years of relevant experience and/or training
  • Proven experience in REO, asset management, or mortgage servicing
  • Previous management or supervisory experience required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
