Description
- The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
- This role ensures that all users receive timely and effective support to maintain smooth business operations.
- The IT Support Specialist installs, configures, and maintains IT equipment, monitors system performance, and coordinates with vendors and internal teams to ensure IT infrastructure reliability and security.
- Responsibilities include first-level technical support, hardware and software management, network troubleshooting, user support and training, system maintenance, and coordination with vendors.
- The role requires a strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking fundamentals, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, email, and cloud apps.
- Candidates should have relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, and a UAE driving license.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience as IT Support.
- Experience troubleshooting in a corporate, multi-user environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and mobile devices.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email configuration, and cloud apps.
- Ability to troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of antivirus tools, security best practices, and system updates.
- Basic experience with Active Directory, user account creation, and permissions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Time management and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High attention to detail, discipline, and professionalism.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA (basic networking), Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
- UAE Driving license is mandatory.
