Description
- As a Compliance Officer (Investment Products), you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, particularly within the investment products landscape.
- Your responsibilities include supporting the compliance framework, risk management, horizon scanning, regulatory strategy, policies, regulatory reporting, regulator interactions, training, and reporting to management.
- The role requires working closely with teams to maintain compliance standards, monitor risks, and adapt to regulatory changes.
- The position involves collaboration, adaptability, and proactive engagement in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of compliance experience in regulated financial institutions, strong knowledge of European regulations such as MiFID 2 and MiCA, AML/CFT expertise, and fluency in English.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution (e.g., bank, EMI, PI, MiFID investment firm, ManCo, or VASP) in Luxembourg or Europe.
- Experience working within a compliance framework, with exposure to audits and inspections being a strong plus.
- Knowledge of European regulations including MiFID 2 and ideally MiCA, and Luxembourg laws applicable to Investment firms.
- Interest in fintech and investments, including virtual assets, with understanding of technology-driven environments.
- AML/CFT knowledge, including transaction monitoring and international sanctions.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Curiosity and proactivity, with a drive to learn and take initiative.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
