Description
  • Join Samsara’s Global Renewals team as a senior leader responsible for the digital renewals function.
  • You will oversee all aspects of commercial renewals—including sales-assisted, self-service, and auto-renewal customers—driving customer growth, efficiency, and retention at scale.
  • The role involves leading a team of managers, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to optimize the renewal journey, and developing strategies to improve renewal rates and customer lifecycle performance.
  • The position is remote, open to candidates in most US states except Alaska, certain metro areas, and specific states.
  • You will be instrumental in building processes, leveraging technology, and championing customer value to mitigate churn and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in SaaS, recurring revenue, or subscription-based business, with emphasis on renewals or customer success
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including managing managers and scaling teams
  • Deep experience with digital commerce or self-service renewal workflows
  • Track record driving measurable improvements in renewal rates and customer lifecycle performance
  • Strong analytical and process optimization skills, with experience using CRM and digital tools
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership abilities
