Description
  • The Total Rewards Delivery Team at Salesforce is responsible for executing compensation, benefits, and well-being programs that attract and retain talent.
  • As a Senior Analyst, Compensation Delivery, you will support core compensation processes, manage data workflows, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate compensation transactions and insights.
  • Responsibilities include supporting annual compensation cycles, maintaining and analyzing HR data, managing Job Architecture Management in Workday, generating reports, supporting global compensation deliverables, documenting processes, system testing, and assisting with M&A activities.
  • Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field, 3–5 years of experience in compensation or HR operations, familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Beqom), strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI or similar tools, and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Experience with AI tools (Slack AI, Agents, etc.) strongly preferred.
