Description
- Ruggable, a leading direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand based in Los Angeles, California, is hiring a Senior Warehouse Supervisor.
- The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- The supervisor will ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits, investigate errors and safety incidents, manage inbound freight, and ensure outbound shipments are accurate and timely.
- Responsibilities also include managing returns and quality inspections, monitoring stock levels, escalating risks, training staff, enforcing safety standards, and tracking performance metrics.
- The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of warehouse leadership, hands-on experience with WMS, and ability to analyze operational KPIs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm.
- Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with bonuses and employer-matched 401K.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of progressive warehouse leadership experience
- Hands-on experience managing inbound, outbound, and returns operations
- Direct experience using a WMS for inventory control, adjustments, and reporting
- Experience building labor plans, shift coverage, and daily staffing models
- Experience leading safety programs and equipment certification
- Ability to analyze inventory reports and operational KPIs
- Valid driver’s license
