Description
  • This role will funnel the leads to a sales representative to further qualify and close the sale.
  • This position is purely a lead generation role and will not be responsible for further steps in the sales cycle.
  • Although employees may work remotely, the candidate must be located in the Midwest and be willing to be onsite 1-2 times a month if within 30 miles of an RRD location.
  • Responsibilities include prospecting in the healthcare market, generating interest for discovery meetings, conducting research, developing sales pipelines, and utilizing Salesforce.
  • The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field, at least 2 years of sales and telemarketing experience with cold calling, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Candidates should be goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Preferred experience includes life sciences, digital marketing, print, direct mail, labels, or packaging.
  • The role demands excellent communication, prospecting, and objection handling skills, with a results-driven and professional attitude.
  • The salary range is $43,900 to $77,200 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, parental leave, tuition assistance, and discounts.
  • Employment is contingent upon background and drug screening.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing with an emphasis on cold calling
  • Ability to actively manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and independent worker
  • Experience within life sciences, digital marketing, print, direct mail, labels, or packaging (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with cold calling techniques and Salesforce CRM
