- Join RBC as a 2026 Summer Student in the PCO, National Office, supporting diverse teams in banking operations, risk management, and process improvement.

- The position is primarily in-person at RBC Waterpark Place in Toronto, with some remote work possible depending on team needs.
- Candidates should be enrolled in post-secondary studies in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related fields, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary (university/college) in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment with occasional remote work as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Available to work a 7.5-hour day, Monday to Friday, with hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Must be returning to school after the work term or require the full work term to graduate
