Description
  • At Roofr, we’re obsessed with our customers and continuously develop innovative products like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals.
  • We are seeking a Field Sales Representative with experience in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries to lead partner enablement and sales growth across North America.
  • The role involves managing existing relationships, driving partner engagement, providing product training, organizing community events, and traveling to partner sites.
  • The candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to deepen partnerships and generate new revenue opportunities.
  • The position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • The role is based in specific US states (TX, GA, MN, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH) with a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 plus commission.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience
  • Experience working in channel partnerships is a plus
  • Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with roofing supply companies is a plus
  • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consensus-building skills
  • Outgoing personality with a willingness to travel and meet partners in person
