Description
  • Rockwell Automation is seeking an OEM Sales Account Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
  • The role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with customer management teams, meeting or exceeding sales targets across a broad range of industrial software, power control, and process control solutions.
  • The candidate will leverage Rockwell Automation’s innovative technologies such as Industry 4.0, Smart Machine, Virtual Commissioning, and Smart Safety.
  • Responsibilities include developing account strategies, coordinating with distributors and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing sales performance, and staying current on industry trends.
  • The ideal candidate has a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in outcome-based solutions selling, preferably in manufacturing industries like Life Science, Automotive, F&B, or Agriculture.
  • Software experience with PTC, MES, Analytics, or Digital Transformation is a plus.
  • Key behaviors include resilience, collaboration, strong communication, and self-motivation.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Good knowledge in manufacturing industries; Life Science, Automotive, F&B, Agriculture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of outcome-based solutions selling experience.
  • Experience in an industrial production environment, involved in solution delivery.
  • Software experience with PTC, ThingWorx, MES, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Analytics, or Advanced Analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Good communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
  • Ability to interact comfortably with C-Suite executives.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
