  • Responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, monitoring sales performance, developing partnership strategies, managing complex negotiations, maintaining documentation in Salesforce, collaborating with legal and sales leadership, participating in hiring and training, and staying current on industry trends.
  • The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of SaaS sales management experience, direct experience with Private Equity firms or M&A advisory, and a strong work ethic.
  • The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and equity, with a pay range of $310,000 - $340,000 USD per year.

Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams
  • AEs delivering $1M+ in ARR bookings
  • Direct experience selling to or managing relationships with Private Equity firms or M&A advisory services
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Experience selling HCM software or related products (preferred)
  • Ability to forecast team performance monthly and quarterly
  • Proven ability to manage teams focused on direct and indirect revenue generation
  • Deep understanding of financial and operational drivers within Private Equity portfolio companies
  • Motivated with a strong work ethic
