- Renuity is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to deliver interactive sales presentations on home improvement products and services to decision-makers at their homes.
- The role requires applying consistent effort to meet sales goals, developing and negotiating sales contracts, and working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- The position offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.

- The role is full-time, W-2, with training located in Orlando, FL.

Requirements
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
- Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
- In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
- Experience in Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Work successfully without requiring close supervision
- This position requires a criminal background check
