Description
- Reddit is seeking a highly experienced Global Senior Leave of Absence Program Manager to lead and scale its global LOA, workplace accommodation, wellness, and workers' compensation programs.
- The role involves designing, managing, and optimizing leave and accommodation strategies, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
- The manager will partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-centric processes across the global workforce.
- Responsibilities include program leadership and strategy, cross-functional collaboration, reporting and analytics, policy development, and change management & communication.
- Qualifications include 8–10+ years of experience managing LOA and accommodation programs, strong knowledge of global leave laws (FMLA, ADA, GDPR, etc.), program management experience, and proficiency with HRIS systems like Workday.
- Preferred qualifications include professional certifications, experience within HRBP functions, familiarity with disability management networks, and a tech background.

Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience managing LOA and/or accommodation programs, preferably at a global scale.
- Strong knowledge of global leave laws (including federal and state laws in the US and international laws such as FMLA, ADA, CFRA, GDPR, etc.) and accommodation requirements.
- Proven experience in program management and scaling processes in high-growth or matrixed environments.
- Ability to work independently at a senior level and influence without authority.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with leave tracking HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and leave vendor management platforms (Sparrow, Unum, Disclo, etc.).
