Description
- Reddit is seeking a 3rd Party Partnerships Manager to own and scale our 3rd party partnerships across the EMEA region. This role will manage long-term partner relationships and be responsible for driving partner activation, adoption, and ongoing success by building a clear strategic roadmap for EMEA. Reporting into the Director of 3rd Party Partnerships, you will fully own the regional partnership motion and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to embed partners into advertiser workflows and GTM plans, while developing repeatable playbooks and operating rhythms to ensure partnerships deliver sustained impact across the region.
- Location: London preferred; open to Amsterdam (hybrid).

Requirements
- Up to 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, partner GTM, strategic alliances, partner operations, or platform partnerships.
- Experience in AdTech/MarTech or adjacent B2B SaaS.
- Fluency in EMEA market dynamics, including regulatory and privacy nuances.
- Ability to align stakeholders across multiple functions and time zones.
- Experience in turning goals into operational plans with KPIs and execution cadence.
- Proven success in activating partnerships with measurable results.
- Structured, metrics-driven approach to planning and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and good judgment.
