  • We are seeking a Client Finance Analyst to join our growing Client Finance team. This pivotal role supports Client Finance leads, helping to run the day-to-day fiscal management of a division of Real Chemistry and assisting in revenue reporting and forecasting.
  • What you’ll do:
  • Maintain client project financials, including budget management, rate card maintenance, billing rule set up and maintenance
  • Help manage and prepare revenue reporting – Weekly, Monthly, YTD, FY
  • Revenue analysis and variance analysis
  • Assist preparing budget and forecasts
  • Analyze staffing, utilization and billability
  • Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure clients are billed in a timely fashion and that billing complies with client contractual agreement
  • Help manage SOW review and processing
  • Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued and Deferred analysis
  • Collaborate with rest of Finance team

  • What you should have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, and Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Must possess sound judgment skills & be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Deliver quality work
  • Adjust priorities to respond to pressing and changing demands; meet deadlines by managing time & priorities
  • Maintain working knowledge of functional area policies and procedures and general knowledge of company policy and procedures
  • Professional communication manner and ability to triage messages when appropriate
  • Exhibit a positive, pro-active “can do” attitude with all team members and is willing to pitch in whenever needed
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years’ experience in Client Finance/FP&A/Finance experience
  • Experience with enterprise level financial systems essential; NetSuite/Open Air a plus.
  • Experience working in Advertising/Public Relations firm essential
  • Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000
  • This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
