The RCX Sports Foundation works to develop, promote, and implement diversity and inclusion in youth sports, focusing on expanding opportunities for all children to experience athletics in a safe and inclusive environment.
As a League Operations Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the RCX Sports Foundation Leagues within your region, support league staff, manage processes like staffing, facility management, registration, safety, and marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
You will also help determine regional budgets, provide updates to senior leaders, conduct market reports, and manage the launch of new sports programs.
The role involves mentoring team members, working approximately 2 days per week at the Roswell, GA headquarters, and traveling up to 10%.
