Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in high-rigor environments (Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Series A/B Tech Ops)
- Willingness to negotiate vendor contracts and manage office logistics
- Comfortable in Excel/Sheets, able to build basic models and reconcile reports
- Ability to manage finance, revenue cycle, and compliance projects like SOC 2 audits
- Strong organizational skills to run leadership meetings, track OKRs, and prepare investor updates
- Ability to manage office environment and recruiting processes
- Based in Chicago and willing to work in the Chicago office
- Low ego and high agency attitude
- Data fluency and comfort with financial and operational data
