Description
- The job involves administering sales ledgers to maximize cash flow, minimize bad debts, and provide high customer service standards.
- Responsibilities include debt collection, ledger management, resolving escalations, maintaining accurate records, attending meetings, processing credit orders, supporting litigation preparations, mentoring credit controllers, managing disputes, and leading customer escalation calls.
- The role also includes contributing to process documentation, training, reporting, and supporting various projects.
- The position emphasizes high pressure performance, persistence, and excellent communication skills, especially in German.

Requirements
- Fluent in written and verbal German
- 3+ years of Credit Control experience
- Experience chasing debt within multiple systems
- Credit control experience in a commercial, B2B environment
- Excellent customer service skills, ideally in a telephone environment
- Professional and clear telephone manner
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Siebel, Salesforce, SAP, Octopus, and Oracle
