Description
  • As a Technical Support Engineer on our 24x7 Support team, you'll be a frontline hero, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our FlashArray product.
  • You will analyze and resolve complex issues involving hardware, software, and environmental factors, building strong collaborative relationships across the company to champion customer needs.
  • Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and helps maintain our industry-leading NPS score.
  • Responsibilities include owning and resolving customer issues, troubleshooting multi-platform environments, leading customer calls, updating knowledge bases, and mentoring junior engineers.
  • The role requires at least 3 years of enterprise technical support experience, deep troubleshooting skills in storage, networking, and performance issues, and knowledge of operating systems like Linux, Windows, VMware, LANs/WANs, and SANs.
  • The position is remote, based in Utah, with a shift schedule of Saturday to Monday, 5am to 6pm, 3 x 13-hour shifts.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional enterprise level technical support role
  • Proven experience in a technical support role owning and resolving complex customer issues in a multi-platform enterprise environment
  • Deep technical troubleshooting skills in storage, networking, replication, performance, and space
  • Working knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Windows, VMware
  • Familiarity with LANs & WANs and Storage Area Networks
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and support cases simultaneously
