Description
- The Demand Generation Specialist works closely with sales and marketing to create engaging multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, nurture existing customers, move prospects through the customer journey, and increase conversion rates.
- The role is hybrid, based in Maple Plain, MN, with onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, crafting email content, developing campaign collateral, implementing Account Based Marketing (ABM), collaborating with sales and data teams, and supporting lead qualification and reporting.
- The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2B, excellent writing skills, familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce, and strong organizational and communication skills.
