Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work, systems design, dashboards, or AI/ML interfaces
- Experience with design systems or component-based design
- Fluency with modern design tools (Figma preferred) and prototyping best practices
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and how to simplify complex information
- High craft in visual/UI design—clean layouts, thoughtful typography, and an eye for detail
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
