Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot-tables, lookups
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings
  • Familiarity with people and talent acquisition data, HR metrics, and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in outlining and documenting data processes and use cases
  • Understanding data compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to ad hoc data requests
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL is a plus
