Description
- Power Factors is a leading provider of software and solutions for clean energy, managing extensive renewable assets worldwide.
- The role involves engineering, configuration, and commissioning of SCADA systems for PV plants, supporting project teams, and providing technical assistance to customers.
- The engineer will create design documentation, support procurement, configure systems, perform site commissioning, troubleshoot hardware issues, and contribute to quality assurance.
- The position requires travel up to 25%, experience with AutoCAD, command line, field commissioning, and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Requirements
- Experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications, LibreOffice and Google Suite
- Comfortable executing commands using the command line
- Field commissioning skills and experience
- Ability to interface directly with customer engineering and management staff
- Methodical and analytical skills to understand customer issues
- Willingness to learn new software and tools
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience in the renewable energy sector (a plus)
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
