Description
- Posh is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to join for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
- This role will be reporting to the Director of People & Talent.
- The role involves actively sourcing and recruiting top talent, partnering with hiring managers, managing the careers page, and creating engaging hiring landing pages.
- The candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition, especially in growth-stage startups, with a focus on engineering and product talent.
- The role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- The position is hybrid, based in New York, with in-office work expected Monday-Thursday.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition at growth-stage startups
- Proven track record of recruiting engineering and product talent
- Understanding of technical and non-technical recruiting
- Ability to take projects from 0-1 with minimal oversight
- Experience with modern recruiting tools including Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster relationships
