Description
  • As an early Technical Implementation Specialist at Plenful, you will be responsible for configuring the platform for new customers, engaging with clients to gather feedback and support, and collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • You will help improve the implementation process, support customer needs through documentation and omnichannel support, and communicate customer feedback to product teams.
  • The role offers significant growth potential within a funded startup environment, with a focus on transforming healthcare operations through innovative AI workflow automation.
  • The position is remote within the United States and involves working closely with various internal teams to deliver value to healthcare clients.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field
  • Direct experience in customer-facing roles or managing customer relationships
  • Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly to different audiences
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (familiarity with data quality management, prior authorizations, benefits verification, etc.)
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience working with APIs and/or FHIR integrations (JSON, HL7, XML, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and improving industry efficiency
  • BA/BS degree preferred
