The Pima County Attorney’s Office (PCAO) is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to be a member of their Information Technology Division.
This position provides first level technical and base operational production support, consultation, troubleshooting/resolution, training, and user guidance to PCAO divisions.
The role involves capturing and recording actions in the Service Desk system, analyzing and resolving client operational issues, providing technical support and training, monitoring IT infrastructure, and maintaining security and confidentiality.
The position requires executing scheduled jobs, analyzing operational problems, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining inventories.
It is an in-office role located in Tucson, AZ, and cannot be remote.

Requirements
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Two years of experience working in an information technology related field providing customer-facing technical support, communications hardware/software support, computer hardware/software support, or working in a technical call center or help desk environment
