Description
  • Pergolux is a rapidly scaling e‑commerce company building best‑in‑class fulfillment and logistics capability across North America. With existing operations in Connecticut and a new warehouse opening in California, we combine data‑driven decision‑making with a flexible, collaborative culture.
  • We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead the development and optimization of our warehousing, logistics, procurement, and forecasting functions. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll own end‑to‑end supply chain operations, scale processes for rapid growth, and build a world‑class logistics organization.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing warehousing, fulfillment, and last‑mile logistics, building and leading the logistics team for the new California warehouse, standardizing operational processes across sites, managing procurement strategies and vendor relationships, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and driving continuous process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with sales, finance, and product teams.
  • The ideal candidate has proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, strong supply chain and procurement background, and skills in forecasting and inventory planning. Experience scaling operations in high-growth e-commerce, ERP or WMS implementation, and international vendor negotiations are a plus.
  • Hard skills required include proficiency with ERP and WMS, data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. Soft skills include leadership, problem-solving, proactive communication, and fluency in English.
  • Success in this role is measured by building a high-performing logistics team within 3–6 months, transitioning forecasting and procurement ownership, and establishing standardized operational processes with measurable improvements.
