Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in identity, access management, fraud prevention, or security
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Experience building or integrating identity verification, fraud detection, KYC/AML systems, or authentication flows
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and make informed technical tradeoffs
  • Comfort working with data science, ML-driven systems, and risk scoring models
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across product, engineering, design, legal, and compliance organizations
  • Ability to balance competing priorities: security vs. user experience, compliance requirements vs. product velocity, innovation vs. technical debt
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
