Description
- The Director/Senior Director of Biostatistics at Pathos is responsible for leading statistical design, analysis, and regulatory deliverables across oncology programs.
- The role involves developing and reviewing statistical sections of protocols, SAPs, study reports, and regulatory documents, executing interim and final analyses with scientific rigor, and applying advanced statistical methodologies such as survival analysis, Bayesian, and adaptive designs.
- The candidate will collaborate with data management and programming teams to ensure data quality, support regulatory submissions, and serve as the statistical expert on study teams.
- The position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative oncology research in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, with a focus on transforming cancer drug development using deep data and advanced analytics.

Requirements
- PhD or MS in Biostatistics (or related field).
- 7–12 years of industry experience in biostatistics, preferably in oncology.
- Hands-on expertise in clinical trial design, statistical analysis, and regulatory deliverables.
- Strong SAS and R programming skills.
- Experience with innovative trial methodologies such as adaptive and Bayesian designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across clinical, regulatory, and data teams.
