Requirements
- Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in leading business analysis or a related field
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM, Communities and CPQ
- Experience working with partners and distributors
- Experience with developing APIs for partners or customers
- Experience driving innovative partner solutions using AI
- Advanced analytical skills and a track record of analysis for new, innovative, and disruptive products
- Extensive experience working with and guiding cross-functional teams in a high technology company
- Experience with requirement gathering techniques (e.g., workshops, interviews, user stories, use cases)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, self-starter with results-driven attitude
- Must be in SF Bay Area to be onsite 3 days/week
