- As Legal Counsel, you will support the legal team by drafting and negotiating vendor, partnership, and confidentiality agreements, and developing contract management workflows.
- You will manage contract repositories and work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Business Development, Finance, Security, and Procurement.
- The role requires managing a high volume of agreements, streamlining processes, and reducing risk while maintaining organization and efficiency.

Requirements
- Attorney in good standing with 3+ years experience in commercial contract negotiations.
- Experience with contract life-cycle management systems, including procure-to-pay systems.
