Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
  • OR; Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
  • Experience developing assessments and recommending changes to policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Experience in strategic thinking and aligning recommendations with enterprise goals.
  • Working with an equity-centered approach ensuring processes, communications, and system changes are inclusive and accessible.
  • A focus on data-driven decision making and effective communication, both oral and written.
  • Collaboration and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project and workflow management, organizing priorities, and managing multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with modernizing policies and procedures using technology to improve efficiency and data communication.
