Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills with experience performing data profiling, validation, and technical analysis.
- University degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Superior consulting and client relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- High-quality writing and documentation skills; ability to produce clear, structured deliverables.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet aggressive timelines.
