We are seeking a highly skilled Leverage ETF Portfolio Manager responsible for the implementation and management of various leveraged Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) portfolios.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage portfolios within a fast-paced environment.
The ETF Portfolio Management team provides portfolio management and execution services for ETF issuers.
This position will be involved with day-to-day portfolio management functions of leveraged ETFs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in trading equities, options, and/or other derivatives.
This role requires experience in using Bloomberg or other institutional trading platforms, as well as a background in financial services and back/middle office operations.
Responsibilities include executing and managing trades across equities, options, and fixed income, utilizing Bloomberg or similar platforms, working with Prime Brokers and Market Makers, staying updated with market trends, and ensuring fund performance.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative discipline, 3-5 years of trading experience, proficiency with Bloomberg, and strong understanding of financial markets.
Preferred experience includes trading platforms, order management systems, and working with 40 Act products.
Candidates should be located near Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; New York City, NY; or West Palm Beach, FL.
The pay range is $85,000 - $130,000 USD per year, with a hybrid work arrangement in Oak Brook, Illinois.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a quantitative discipline, or relevant experience
3-5 years of experience in trading equities, options, and fixed income, with a strong emphasis on option trading
Institutional/RIA trading experience
Proficiency with Bloomberg or similar institutional trading platforms
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Demonstrated history of solving complex problems
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Very high level of competency in Excel
Experience with trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and post-trade processing (preferred)
Experience working for a firm that manages 40 Act products (preferred)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to trading activities (preferred)
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (preferred)
