- The VP of Growth & Demand is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving all facets of pipeline generation and revenue acceleration.
- You will own Observe’s integrated growth strategy across demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), product-led growth (PLG), developer marketing, digital marketing, and lifecycle engagement.
- You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to ensure marketing is a force multiplier for the business by aligning growth investments to revenue priorities, optimizing performance across the funnel, and scaling programs that drive predictable growth.
