- About The Role:
- Notion is looking for our first Deal Desk Workflows Manager. This role will be critical in ensuring scalability of our Quote to Order Process and Deal Desk programs. You will be focused on projects to enhance our process and systems, including planning, scoping, implementation, testing, and ensuring a smooth roll out of process enhancements, new product launches, and updated functionality. This role will partner closely with the Biz Tech team, Enablement Team, and Serve a “Train the Trainer” function on the Deal Desk. This role reports to the Global Head of Deal Desk.
- What You'll Achieve:
- Represent the Deal Desk on some of Notion's most critical and strategic projects, ensuring readiness for quote to order launches.
- Ensure successful launches by providing reporting, driving follow-up initiatives, and triaging bugs and inefficiencies.
- Partner with the Biz Tech and Enablement teams to design, implement, and roll out user-friendly enhancements.
- Be the subject matter expert on the Deal Desk for new initiatives, launches, and functionality.
- Refine and integrate existing AI workflows with broader system workflows.
- Skills You'll Need to Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience managing strategic cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, Netsuite, Ironclad, and other Quote to Cash & GTM technologies, with experience integrating AI.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders across Deal Desk, Accounting, Biz Tech, Rev Ops, Legal, Sales, and Finance.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong storytelling skills leveraging Salesforce data.
- Nice to Haves:
- Understanding of ASC 606.
- Experience with Sales, as a rep or business partner.
- Notion proficiency.
- System Admin experience.
