  • Understanding of PLG and SLG sales motions, with successful experience in combining bottom-up Land and Expand approaches with top-down strategies
  • Proven track record in the Commercial, Mid-Market segments
  • Ability to articulate customer case studies in collaboration and productivity domains
  • Passion for coaching and rep development
  • Track record of leading high performing teams exceeding quotas
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • Builder mentality and collaborative approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
