Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Controls & Service Technician to provide advanced technical support for Nortek HVAC systems.
  • This role is critical to supporting installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service for our HVAC controls and equipment across customer locations.
  • The key responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and commissioning HVAC control systems, providing remote and on-site support, reviewing technical documentation, maintaining service records, and collaborating with manufacturing, R&D, and customer service teams.
  • Qualifications include 3–5+ years of HVAC system or control experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with DDC or PLC programming, and a high school diploma or technical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • Preferred attributes include a customer-focused mindset, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel regularly within the New York metropolitan area.
