Description
- Solutions Architects at LaunchDarkly are the core of our elite Professional Services organization, helping customers decouple deploy from release to enable rapid, reliable, and safe software delivery.
- As a key member of the Revenue team, you will apply your technical expertise to guide customers through transformative implementations of LaunchDarkly, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
- In this role, you will lead strategic engagements with our customers and partners, helping them accelerate software development and adopt modern release practices that reduce risk and improve velocity.

- Qualifications include 10+ years in enterprise software, hands-on technical experience, expertise in the full software development lifecycle, proficiency in supported languages (Java, .NET, Go, JS, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, Rails, iOS, Android), experience with DevOps, CI/CD, team leadership, large information synthesis, project management, experimentation, mobile, consulting, pre- and post-sales experience, familiarity with LaunchDarkly or feature management platforms, cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux, Containers, and VMs.
- Specific requirements include 20% travel, with target pay ranges based on US zones from $158,000 to $257,000, plus RSUs, health, vision, dental, and mental health benefits.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software
- Hands-on technical background with a consultative approach
- Expertise in implementing the full software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment
- Experience developing in supported languages: Java, .NET, Go, JS, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, Rails, iOS, or Android
- Ability to guide customers and teammates in DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices
- Led teams through development process transformation
- Adept at synthesizing large amounts of information and acquiring context for prescriptive recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with focus and discipline
- Experience with experimentation and mobile
- Served as a customer consultant in the past
- Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities
- Experience with LaunchDarkly or other feature management platforms
- Worked with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Linux, Containers, and Virtual Machines
- 20% travel required
