TELUS Digital, a division of TELUS, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives for Genesys cloud contact center solutions.
The role includes building sales pipelines, leading teams, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and customer success.
The position can be remote or based out of major North American offices in Charlottesville, VA; Durham, NC; Columbus, OH; or Boston, MA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Genesys experience, strong knowledge of cloud contact centers, proven sales success in B2B environments, and excellent communication skills.
Bonus skills include familiarity with contact center operations, partner ecosystems, CRM tools, and an advanced degree.

The annual base salary range is $132,000 - $165,000 USD.
