- Are you an expert in telephone sales?
- Do you enjoy persuading, negotiating, building strong customer relationships remotely, and closing deals at the right price?
- We are looking for an experienced Flemish Telesales Representative to promote and sell our products and services to a primarily B2C customer base.
- You will be responsible for the entire remote sales process: from the first contact to closing the sale and following up on the installation.
- Your mission: engage, offer tailored discounts, and convert interest into commitment, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Tasks include conducting outbound calls, presenting compelling offers, managing the full telesales cycle, building trust remotely, handling objections, and tracking sales performance.
- Requirements include proven telesales experience, strong command of telesales techniques, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Flemish.
- French is a plus.
