  • As an AWS Solution Architect, you will ensure customer success by building and launching Amazon Connect solutions, conducting technology assessments, and translating customer requirements into effective contact center designs.
  • You will lead discovery, deliver presentations, oversee project delivery, and mentor technical teams.
  • The role involves deep architectural discussions, managing project communications, and providing end-user training.
  • You will also participate in strategy discussions with contact center leadership, ensuring solutions are designed for optimal ROI and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Customer-facing contact center experience
  • Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
  • Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
  • Experience with scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js)
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda, Lex, and Call Center Routing
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy
  • Contact Center architecture knowledge
  • Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience with other contact center platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.)
  • Experience with WorkForce Management solutions
  • Experience with outbound dialers and campaign management
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
  • AWS Developer Associate or Professional Certification
  • AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
