Description
- Net at Work is seeking a CRM Consultant specialized in Creatio to lead CRM implementation projects, analyze client business processes, define functional requirements, and configure Creatio solutions.
- The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, map these to Creatio capabilities, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Responsibilities include managing project scope, planning, and budget; conducting user acceptance testing; providing end-user training; and supporting clients throughout their lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of CRM implementation experience, with 2+ years in a client-facing role, and familiarity with Creatio, Dynamics 365 Sales, or Sage CRM.
- The position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $125,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and wellness programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent, required.
- 5 or more years implementing CRM solutions and projects.
- 2+ years in a client-facing role defining functional solutions.
- Experience with enterprise-class CRM solutions such as Creatio, Dynamics 365 Sales, or Sage CRM.
- Certifications in CRM platforms are a strong plus.
- Experience with digital marketing solutions tied to CRM is a plus.
- Strong project scope management, analysis, and requirements definition skills.
- Experience leading projects using waterfall or agile methodologies.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
- Strong business expertise and ability to align solutions to organizational needs.
- Experience leading requirements definition and design sessions.
