The Senior Director, Marketing (Campus & Experiences) at the National Geographic Society is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies for various public-facing programs, including the Museum of Exploration, National Geographic Live, Traveling Exhibitions, and Storytellers Collective.
The role involves leading a team, managing budgets, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external partners to increase attendance, revenue, and audience engagement.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business (credentials in related fields a plus).
12+ years of experience in destination, museum, live entertainment, and experiential marketing.
5+ years of management experience.
Strong experience developing and managing full funnel marketing strategies.
Experience in destination-based marketing and partnering with CVBs.
Familiarity with customer data segmentation, targeting, and technology.
Experience developing retail pricing strategies and packages.
Experience buying and planning media and managing agencies.
Experience with local media promotions and trade arrangements.
Experience executing experiential marketing.
