Requirements
  • Experience in using bid management tools and platforms, including AI (ChatGPT/Microsoft), CRM, project management, and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with the tender process, including reading and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and ITTs.
  • Background in sales admin, marketing, business development, or procurement roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to analyze requirements within RFP/RFI/ITT documents and align them with company offerings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating bid activities, resources, and stakeholders across functions, locations, and time zones.
