Description
  • At Nabi Health, we provide weight-inclusive nutrition care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress.
  • As a Provider Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding access to care by growing our referral network, building trust with healthcare providers, and supporting them in the referral process.
  • You will prospect and identify new providers, nurture existing relationships, demonstrate the value of Nabi’s model, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for providers and patients.
  • The role involves spending up to 4 days per week meeting providers face-to-face.
  • The position requires 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or provider outreach, with an established network in eating disorder treatment centers or behavioral health practices.
  • Clinical certification such as LCSW, LPC, RD, or related is preferred.
  • The compensation includes a competitive base pay, referral-driven commission, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, along with reimbursement for home technology and field expenses.

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or provider outreach
  • Established network of relationships within eating disorder treatment centers, behavioral health practices, or related referral sources
  • Demonstrated success building provider relationships that drive patient referrals
  • Clinical certification, e.g., LCSW, LPC, RD, or related preferred
  • Ideally based in California, Washington, or Oregon to support provider relationships in those regions
