- The Deal Desk Analyst role involves building and managing end-to-end deal processes, guiding deal strategy, and providing customer service and expertise to sales and support teams.
- Responsibilities include facilitating deal approvals, conducting deal analysis, optimizing pipelines, and ensuring adherence to deal guidelines.
- The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and Google Sheets, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- The role is remote, supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace, and contributes to internal process scalability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of operations experience in high-growth technology company in Deal Desk.
- Expertise with Google Sheets and formulas.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and other sales systems.
- SFDC Administrator level preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and process orientation.
