Description
  • At Miter, we’re on a mission to help construction contractors build with confidence by rebuilding core HR, finance, and operations systems using AI and embedded payments.
  • The Manager of Launch will coach and develop a team of 6–8 Launch Managers responsible for onboarding customers onto Miter’s software, engaging directly with high-priority clients, and driving key performance metrics.
  • The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product & Engineering, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success.
  • The team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and energized by solving complex problems.
  • The role is hybrid, with three in-office days per week in either San Francisco or New York, with flexibility for remote work outside those locations.
  • Responsibilities include leading a team to achieve performance metrics, coaching, managing customer escalations, streamlining processes, and maintaining documentation.
  • Requirements include 2-5 years of management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, stakeholder management, resilience, data analysis skills, and experience with API integrations.
