Description
- The Director of Information Technology at Missouri Foundation for Health leads the organization’s IT security, infrastructure, and strategy, collaborating with leadership to implement technological solutions that support the Foundation’s mission.
- Responsibilities include developing strategic IT plans, managing budgets, overseeing staff and third-party providers, ensuring cybersecurity, creating policies, and maintaining business continuity.
- The role requires managing network infrastructure, leading technology projects, evaluating systems, and training staff on new technologies.
- The Director also partners with vendors, manages IT assets, and ensures the technology environment meets organizational needs.
- The position involves a combination of strategic planning, project management, security oversight, and team leadership in a small environment, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Management, preferably in a non-profit, philanthropic or mission driven organization
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing IT teams and projects
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cyber security, data security and cloud computing
- Experience developing and implementing IT Strategies and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups
- Understanding and adherence to high standards of ethics and confidentiality
- Experience preferred with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom phones, Zoom meeting rooms, PowerBI, project management software
