Description
- The GTM Strategy Analyst at Miro is a senior, hands-on strategic role reporting to the Head of GTM Strategy.
- The position involves owning and improving go-to-market content and processes to support business growth, including building scalable GTM flows, debugging processes, and designing automated workflows across Miro's GTM tech stack such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Snowflake, and others.
- The role includes driving new product go-to-market strategies, optimizing demand generation, ensuring seamless data flow, streamlining manual processes with automation tools, and maintaining system health and governance.
- The candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support the adoption of new GTM capabilities.
- The role requires deep GTM knowledge, strategic thinking, and experience in designing and debugging complex flows, with a focus on operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
